What Is Erectile Dysfunction?

Stress is one of the major reasons behind erectile dysfunction. Many scientific studies showed that 10-20% of all cases of impotence resulted due to psychological issues like stress, depression, anxiety etc.

Stress may badly hamper your testosterone levels by enhancing cortisol in the blood. These low testosterone level causes decreased libido thereby resulting in erectile dysfunction. Here given below are few ways to reduce stress:
• Stop worrying about small-small things
• Try doing meditation and yoga
• Take a deep breath and hold it for 5 seconds and then exhale slowly through the mouth
